Support from five during a crisis response would be strategic, timely and tightly coordinated. We would lead clear, empathetic messaging to stabilize the narrative, align stakeholders, and protect trust across audiences. Our team would design and deploy community engagement efforts that prioritize listening, transparency, and two-way communication, ensuring impacted groups feel heard and informed.
We would manage media relations end-to-end; developing key messages, preparing spokespeople, handling inbound press and proactively shaping coverage. In parallel, we would provide executive coaching to support leaders under pressure, helping them communicate with confidence, consistency and credibility in high-stakes moments.
The after-action would include relationship-building and training for key staff and community members.
